Went for a FUT with Dr. cole, march 2014.  As a plastic surgeon, he has a much bigger concern for hairline and overall appearance than many others would. It came out perfectly. I got extensions from here not long ago. I have only worn them on special occasions, so by the time I realized I wasn’t entirely pleased with the color, a month and a half had passed. I called in asking about a color change, wondering if they would try to charge me since it had been so long, but they didn’t! They’re colored my extensions for free (minus a tip for Dee), and I am much more satisfied. The color still isn’t perfect, but given that my hair is very curly and has natural highlights, I’m not sure anyone could make the color match perfectly without coloring my real hair to match. I am happy with NHC and the customer service they provide!

I had a surgical hair transplant performed by NHC in September, 2014 with over 3,200 grafts.  My experience with everyone at the facility, from their sales consultant Dave, to the coordinator- technician Anna and the transplant surgeon Dr. Cole was top notch and professional from start to finish.  When I performed my initial research of NHC I noticed that they were one of the only facilities that was A+ rated by the BBB.  I had a previous hair transplant performed 10 years ago by a Beverly Hills, CA facility and they weren’t even BBB recognized.

NHC agreed to pay my air-flight from California along with one night hotel accommodations in Phoenix.  Their facility was very well managed, clean and professional.  Everyone made you feel welcome and at ease.  Dr. Cole explained the procedure very well and designed the best transplantation for maximum result.  Although the procedure for over 3,200 grafts went all day long into the early evening, they stayed focused and kept me calm and relaxed, with no discomfort from the surgical procedure.

It has been almost 7-months from my initial hair transplant and a good portion of the newly transplanted hair grafts are growing in nicely.  I highly recommend NHC to anyone looking for some hair self improvement.  They were reasonably priced and well worth every penny!

Dear Dr. ******* ****, D.O I want to thank you for all the careful attention that you and your staff provided me both before, during and after my F.U.T. hair transplant surgery on Sept. 9th, 2014. Everything happened as you had indicated. Everything you and ***** said would happen did happen. There were no surprises or any other complications following the procedure. My procedure started at 8AM and ended about 6:20 PM. At no time during the procedure did I feel any pain. It is rare that would you find a doctor after the procedure walking his patient out to his car and carrying my piece of luggage because of the no lifting requirement. You did that for me and I thank you very much for that kind gesture, and then I left for Las Vegas for a short vacation to recover. I did not have any down time but just took it easy for a few days. I had the stitches removed in San Diego 2 weeks later by urgent care D.O. Everything looked good from her opinion. I did promptly receive your check returning the amount I paid for but you were unable to transfer because it exceeded the density requirement and would damage my chances of having it to be a successful take on the grafts. Your promptness and honesty was greatly appreciated. I am now still in the waiting period where the grafts need to start growing. I understand that this can take 3-8 months with results showing in a year. Even without the grafts growing there is no sign with anybody looking at my head that I had a FUT procedure in either the donor site or the reception site. I did think the procedure would be more painful than it was for me. I think your medication protocol has successfully stood the test of the time with your patients. I tried not to take the pain meds that you prescribed on the second night and could not fall asleep until I took the pain med that you prescribed and then quickly fell asleep. The only pain was sensitivity when I put my head on the pillow at night in the donor site. After night 2 there were no more pain sensitivity issues. I can definitely tell you that I was impressed with how long you and your staff worked on me to give me the best chance for a successful procedure. I am sure this kind of work can get very tedious. Please let everyone know that I thank them very much. You have my permission to use this letter as you see fit but would appreciate if you would block the address and cell number. I am willing to talk to any prospective patients that are on the fence.

Thank you for taking so much time with my wife and me as we contemplated the purchase of a wig for her expected hair loss due to chemotherapy.

We learned several valuable things from our time with you.  The wigs are very fine quality, giving comfort even without hair to cushion the wig, and making it impossible to tell that a person is wearing one.  The hair, even synthetic, is lustrous and realistic – again, impossible to tell that it is not the wearer’s own hair.  Such fine quality is naturally expensive, but because the wig will serve for more than just a comfort during hair loss due to treatment, in fact for a lifetime as a great alternative look for evenings out or on bad hair days, its cost is very reasonable.

I’m sure that others who see your products will be similarly impressed – they don’t need to take my word for it.  But they’re welcome to my word: your wigs are impressive!

I know it’s been a very long time since I gave an update but here goes.

I only received 3 months of laser treatment and I noticed a difference both in the quality of my hair and shedding. The treatments along with the special hair products were working. I would recommend this place and their treatment plans to anyone losing their hair. I didn’t do a full year of treatments because I moved out of state.

I’ve been trying to grow my hair out for SO long, but with little luck. I went to National Hair Centers and they did this thing called Micro Points on my hair. It’s sort of like extensions, but better. They don’t use any chemicals or glue–and it looks way more natural than extensions. I love it! I know that they also offer a bunch of other services, too (hair transplants, wigs, etc). I would definitely recommend National Hair Centers to anyone who is not 100% happy with their hair!
